For UK MAINLAND we use DPD, the standard service is DPD HOMECALL which is 2/5 days and a signature is required.
For NEXT DAY we use DPD PRIORITY with a 1 HOUR DELIVERY WINDOW and text alert advising time (you must give us a mobile contact number). Please note orders must be place before 2.00pm to receive this NEXT DAY service.

All Meyer products are delivered Free to the UK. The delivery period for Meyer products is 5-7 working days.
RETURNS POLICY
Return An Item
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please return the item or items with a completed returns note IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION WITH ALL LABELS AND PACKAGING/BOXES within 7 days of receipt this includes outer packaging boxes supplied by Life Clothing to protect items whilst in transit. Once we receive the goods in the “as sold” condition we will issue a refund via the original payment method (please allow 10 days). Underwear is non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
PLEASE NOTE WE WILL NOT REFUND ANY ITEMS IF THE ORIGINAL SWING TAGS ARE MISSING OR HAVE BEEN REMOVED.
ALL OF OUR ITEMS ARE CHECKED BEFORE SENDING OUT, IF THEY ARE RETURNED WITH ANY MARKS ON, WE WILL NOT REFUND OR EXCHANGE AND WILL RETURN THE ITEM(S) TO THE PURCHASER.
WE CAN NOT REFUND ANY DELIVERY CHARGES THAT HAVE BEEN PAID.
Please note unless the goods are faulty (see below) the customer is liable for return postage costs. Please get a proof of postage, as the items are the customer’s responsibility until they reach us.

Please follow the returns procedure and re-order.
Faulty Item
If your goods are faulty, please contact us quoting your name and order number, details of the faulty item and whether you would like a refund or replacement (if stock available). We will advise you of how to return the item. You have 7 days from receipt to return faulty goods.
Incorrect Item
If we have slipped up and sent the wrong item(s), please contact us via email or telephone to arrange return and we will happily send out the correct item(s) if they are in stock.
